Chính sách bảo mật

1. Ảnh bạn tải lên

• Để chỉnh sửa được, ảnh tải lên được chuyển thành PNG và lưu tạm trên ổ đĩa máy chủ do Retec vận hành, rồi tự xoá sau 60 phút kể từ lúc tải lên (hoặc sớm hơn khi máy chủ dừng). Ảnh không được lưu vào cơ sở dữ liệu.
• Các dòng chữ nhận diện được và nét chữ đã học từ ảnh chỉ nằm trong bộ nhớ, bị xoá cùng lúc với ảnh.
• Ảnh xem trước và ảnh kết quả được tạo khi bạn yêu cầu; file tạm trong lúc tạo bị xoá ngay sau đó, ảnh chỉ được gửi về trình duyệt của bạn.
• Việc nhận diện chữ và chỉnh sửa chạy trên các máy chủ do Retec vận hành; ngoài Cloudflare chuyển tiếp kết nối, Retec không gửi ảnh cho bên thứ ba.

2. Thông tin được ghi lại

Retec Photo dùng chung hệ thống giới hạn lượt và chống lạm dụng với Retec OCR, nên ghi lại các thông tin kỹ thuật sau (không có nội dung ảnh, không có tên file):

• Nhật ký truy cập: địa chỉ IP, quốc gia/tỉnh/thành phố và nhà mạng suy ra từ IP, chuỗi trình duyệt (User-Agent), mã thiết bị, thời điểm và kết quả kiểm tra.
• Nhật ký tải ảnh kết quả: thời điểm, IP, mã thiết bị, mã vân tay trình duyệt (đã băm), quốc gia, số vùng chữ đã sửa, định dạng ảnh, dung lượng, trạng thái và thời gian xử lý.
• Bộ đếm lượt dùng theo ngày cho từng thiết bị / IP / dải mạng, chung với Retec OCR.
• Tra cứu IP: quốc gia, tỉnh/thành, toạ độ ước lượng, nhà mạng và cờ VPN/proxy/máy chủ đám mây của địa chỉ IP, lưu lại để dùng cho các lần truy cập sau.
• Góp ý: nội dung và thông tin liên hệ bạn tự nhập, kèm mã thiết bị; không lưu IP cùng góp ý.
• Danh sách chặn: mã thiết bị/IP bị chặn do lạm dụng (ví dụ xác minh chống robot thất bại nhiều lần), kèm lý do và thời hạn.

Các nhật ký này dùng để giới hạn lượt, phát hiện lạm dụng, khắc phục lỗi và thống kê vận hành. Retec không bán, không cho thuê và không dùng các thông tin này để quảng cáo.

3. Cookie và tín hiệu thiết bị

• Retec đặt một cookie kỹ thuật (tên rd, có chữ ký, hạn khoảng 400 ngày) để nhận biết thiết bị khi đếm lượt. Retec không đặt cookie quảng cáo.
• Cookie retec_lang ghi ngôn ngữ giao diện bạn chọn (tiếng Việt / tiếng Anh), dùng chung các trang retec.vn, hạn 1 năm.
• Trình duyệt tính mã băm (“vân tay”) từ kích thước màn hình, số nhân CPU, ngôn ngữ, múi giờ, thông tin đồ hoạ (canvas/WebGL) và chỉ gửi mã băm này lên để chống tạo nhiều lượt giả, không dùng để nhận diện danh tính.
• Trình duyệt còn gửi nguyên dạng: múi giờ, giờ trên máy, cờ cho biết trình duyệt có đang bị điều khiển tự động hay không, và các địa chỉ IP dò được qua WebRTC (hỏi máy chủ STUN của Cloudflare và Google) để phát hiện VPN. Các địa chỉ IP này chỉ dùng để kiểm tra, không được lưu lại.
• Nếu dịch vụ yêu cầu vị trí, toạ độ GPS (khi bạn cho phép) chỉ dùng để kiểm tra bạn đang ở Việt Nam và không được lưu lại.

4. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba

• Cloudflare: chuyển tiếp kết nối tới máy chủ, Turnstile (xác minh không phải robot), Web Analytics (thống kê lượt xem ẩn danh) và máy chủ STUN dùng cho kiểm tra WebRTC.
• ip-api.com và proxycheck.io: tra quốc gia, nhà mạng và VPN/proxy từ địa chỉ IP. Chỉ IP được gửi đi; kết quả tra cứu được lưu lại.
• Google: tải phông chữ hiển thị trang (Google Fonts) và máy chủ STUN dùng cho kiểm tra WebRTC.

Các dịch vụ này xử lý dữ liệu theo chính sách riêng của họ; ngoài Cloudflare chuyển tiếp kết nối, không dịch vụ nào nhận được ảnh của bạn.

5. Quyền của bạn

• Bạn có thể xoá cookie bất kỳ lúc nào trong trình duyệt (lượt dùng trong ngày vẫn được tính theo IP và vân tay).
• Nếu có thắc mắc về dữ liệu, bạn có thể liên hệ Retec qua mục Liên hệ.

Privacy policy

1. Images you upload

• So it can be edited, an uploaded image is converted to PNG and stored temporarily on the disk of a server operated by Retec, then deleted automatically 60 minutes after upload (or earlier if the server stops). Images are not stored in any database.
• The detected lines of text and the handwriting learned from the image are kept in memory only and are deleted together with the image.
• Preview and result images are created when you ask for them; temporary files used while creating them are deleted right away, and the images are only sent to your browser.
• Text recognition and editing run on servers operated by Retec; apart from Cloudflare relaying the connection, Retec does not send images to any third party.

2. Information that is logged

Retec Photo shares the usage-limit and anti-abuse system with Retec OCR, so it logs the following technical information (no image content, no file names):

• Access log: IP address, country/province/city and network provider derived from the IP, browser string (User-Agent), device ID, time and check result.
• Result download log: time, IP, device ID, hashed browser fingerprint, country, number of edited text areas, image format, size, status and processing time.
• Daily usage counters per device / IP / network range, shared with Retec OCR.
• IP lookups: country, province, approximate coordinates, network provider and VPN/proxy/cloud-server flags of the IP address, kept for later visits.
• Feedback: the message and contact details you enter, with the device ID; the IP is not stored with feedback.
• Block list: device IDs / IPs blocked for abuse (for example repeatedly failing the bot check), with the reason and duration.

These logs are used to enforce limits, detect abuse, fix problems and produce operating statistics. Retec does not sell or rent this information and does not use it for advertising.

3. Cookies and device signals

• Retec sets one technical cookie (named rd, signed, valid for about 400 days) to recognize the device when counting usage. Retec does not set advertising cookies.
• The retec_lang cookie stores the interface language you choose (Vietnamese / English), shared across retec.vn pages, valid for 1 year.
• Your browser computes a hash ("fingerprint") from screen size, number of CPU cores, language, time zone and graphics information (canvas/WebGL) and only sends this hash, to prevent fake extra usage; it is not used to identify you.
• Your browser also sends, as is: its time zone, its clock time, a flag telling whether the browser is being automated, and IP addresses found via WebRTC (by asking Cloudflare's and Google's STUN servers) to detect VPNs. These IP addresses are only used for the check and are not stored.
• If the service asks for your location, the GPS coordinates (when you allow it) are only used to check you are in Vietnam and are not stored.

4. Third-party services

• Cloudflare: relays connections to the server, Turnstile (bot check), Web Analytics (anonymous page-view statistics) and STUN servers used for the WebRTC check.
• ip-api.com and proxycheck.io: look up the country, network provider and VPN/proxy status of an IP address. Only the IP is sent; lookup results are stored.
• Google: serves the page fonts (Google Fonts) and STUN servers used for the WebRTC check.

These services process data under their own policies; apart from Cloudflare relaying the connection, none of them receives your images.

5. Your rights

• You can delete cookies in your browser at any time (today's usage is still counted by IP and fingerprint).
• If you have questions about your data, contact Retec through the Contact section.

Điều khoản sử dụng

1. Dịch vụ

Retec Photo là dịch vụ thay đổi chữ trên ảnh: nhận diện các dòng chữ, cho bạn gõ chữ mới với phông, màu mực hoặc nét chữ viết tay học từ chính ảnh đó. Khi sử dụng trang, bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản này và Chính sách bảo mật ở trên.

2. Giới hạn sử dụng

• Xem trước là miễn phí: ảnh xem trước có chữ phủ “retec.vn · xem trước” và được thu nhỏ còn cạnh dài tối đa 1200 px nếu ảnh lớn hơn.
• Mỗi lần tải ảnh kết quả trừ 1 lượt, dùng chung số lượt miễn phí mỗi ngày với Retec OCR; lượt bị trừ được trả lại khi lỗi do máy chủ (có giới hạn số lần mỗi ngày).
• Dung lượng ảnh tải lên tối đa hiển thị trên trang; ảnh có độ phân giải quá lớn sẽ bị từ chối.
• Dịch vụ chỉ phục vụ người dùng tại Việt Nam và có thể từ chối truy cập qua VPN / proxy / máy chủ đám mây.
• Retec có thể thay đổi giới hạn, tạm ngừng hoặc dừng dịch vụ mà không cần báo trước.

3. Hành vi bị cấm

• Làm giả hoặc sửa đổi giấy tờ, văn bản, chứng từ, hoá đơn, bằng cấp, hồ sơ để lừa dối người khác hay cơ quan, tổ chức; dùng ảnh đã sửa để giả mạo, lừa đảo hoặc bôi nhọ.
• Dùng công cụ tự động, tạo nhiều thiết bị/cookie giả, đổi IP hay giả mạo tín hiệu trình duyệt để vượt giới hạn; tìm cách gỡ chữ phủ khỏi ảnh xem trước.
• Tấn công, dò lỗi, gửi file độc hại hoặc làm quá tải hệ thống.
• Tải lên nội dung vi phạm pháp luật Việt Nam hoặc ảnh bạn không có quyền chỉnh sửa.

Vi phạm có thể dẫn đến chặn thiết bị / IP / dải mạng, tạm thời hoặc vĩnh viễn.

4. Dấu nhận biết trong ảnh tải về

Mọi ảnh kết quả tải về đều được gắn dấu nhận biết ẩn cho biết ảnh đã được chỉnh sửa bằng Retec Photo: một dấu nằm trong điểm ảnh (không nhìn thấy bằng mắt, vẫn còn khi ảnh được nén lại ở mức vừa phải hoặc cắt bớt) và thông tin trong thuộc tính file (Software, Copyright, mô tả ảnh). Dấu này không chứa thông tin cá nhân của bạn. Bạn không được tìm cách xoá hoặc làm hỏng dấu nhận biết.

5. Trách nhiệm của bạn với ảnh

Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về ảnh tải lên và cách sử dụng ảnh đã chỉnh sửa, gồm cả việc có quyền và có sự đồng ý cần thiết khi ảnh chứa thông tin cá nhân hoặc hình ảnh của người khác.

6. Kết quả chỉnh sửa

Việc nhận diện chữ, đo phông và học nét chữ được thực hiện tự động và có thể sai hoặc chưa khớp hoàn toàn với ảnh gốc. Hãy kiểm tra kỹ bản xem trước trước khi tải. Dịch vụ được cung cấp “như hiện có”; Retec không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại phát sinh từ việc dùng ảnh đã chỉnh sửa hay từ việc dịch vụ gián đoạn.

7. Thay đổi điều khoản

Retec có thể cập nhật chính sách và điều khoản; ngày cập nhật ghi ở đầu trang. Tiếp tục sử dụng sau khi cập nhật nghĩa là bạn đồng ý với nội dung mới.

Terms of use

1. The service

Retec Photo is a service for changing text in images: it detects lines of text and lets you type new text with a font, ink color or handwriting learned from that same image. By using the site you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy above.

2. Usage limits

• Previews are free: preview images carry the overlay "retec.vn · xem trước" and are scaled down to at most 1200 px on the long side if the image is larger.
• Each result download uses 1 credit from the daily free credits shared with Retec OCR; credits are returned when the error is on the server side (limited number of times per day).
• The maximum upload size is shown on the page; images with too high a resolution are rejected.
• The service is only for users in Vietnam and may refuse access through VPNs / proxies / cloud servers.
• Retec may change the limits, suspend or stop the service without notice.

3. Prohibited behavior

• Forging or altering papers, documents, records, invoices, diplomas or files to deceive other people, agencies or organizations; using edited images for impersonation, fraud or defamation.
• Using automated tools, creating fake devices/cookies, changing IPs or faking browser signals to get around the limits; trying to remove the overlay from preview images.
• Attacking or probing the system, uploading malicious files or overloading the system.
• Uploading content that violates Vietnamese law or images you have no right to edit.

Violations may lead to the device / IP / network range being blocked, temporarily or permanently.

4. Identification mark in downloaded images

Every downloaded result image carries a hidden identification mark showing that it was edited with Retec Photo: one mark inside the pixels (invisible to the eye, and it survives moderate re-compression or cropping) and information in the file properties (Software, Copyright, image description). The mark contains no personal information about you. You must not try to remove or damage the identification mark.

5. Your responsibility for images

You are responsible for the images you upload and how you use edited images, including having the rights and any consent required when an image contains other people's personal information or likeness.

6. Editing results

Text recognition, font measurement and handwriting learning are automatic and may be wrong or not match the original image exactly. Check the preview carefully before downloading. The service is provided "as is"; Retec is not liable for damage arising from using edited images or from interruptions of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

Retec may update this policy and these terms; the update date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new content.
